Long days, every office is short staffed and management cares about money more than most things. Every office is different but the dental world along with the rest of the world is short staffed making everting so stressful.

The district manager see every employee as disposable and will throw you under the bus in a heart beat. If you are not in the right clique you will not survive this job.
