I was amazed at what could be achieved by one person and eventually learned every aspect of the engine. AntiZero was inspired by the power Virtual Reality had to offer the gaming world and wanted to create something new. The greatest influence has always been the user community.
AntiZero is very active on Discord and listens to fans. This really helps to create a better experience and I always take note of good suggestions and feedback. AntiZero has even devoted a serious amount of time and energy to creating a version of the game that would work on the less-powerful Quest.
I had to cut back on a lot of things and change to a different renderer and engine version but in the end, it was worth it. The character model, animation, and physics are almost identical to the PC version and I was really surprised by how well it runs on a device with such limited power. I also learned a lot of optimization tricks that might help with the PC version in the future. As someone who has played the game through several versions on the stand-alone headset, it is incredible.
What is truly mind-blowing is they are churning out constant updates of this complex experience on two different devices by themselves. Doing all of this while staying in touch with the user base, implementing their suggestions, and working towards finishing a full narrative game must take an unimaginable amount of perseverance and passion. Community interaction is paramount to the success of Indie games, especially when it comes to Adult VR.
The medium is all about exploring fantasies and kinks. There are plenty of BDSM-type games, Furry-centric titles as mentioned above, and user-based character creations that allow for a wild array of indulgences.
However, there is a lack of Queer or Female centered titles. When it comes to T rans representation , it tends to run into the same problematic labeling as mainstream porn. However, when the user community gets involved, that changes. Captain Hardcore added Male characters after many requests and is working on Trans characters as well.
Users create custom characters, settings, and plugins that allow for a more inclusive experience and creative expression. All body types and genders are represented thanks to these boards, even some that can exist only in fiction. Virtual Reality is meant to be better than reality, where you can see and do anything without the limitations of everyday life. But, where are the limits?
What about games that encourage violence or rape? Is it okay to indulge in racist fantasies? Would a game that allows sex with underage characters be allowed? Platforms like Steam and Itch have policies that prevent such appalling content from being sold and communities are pretty vigilant about flagging that sort of content.
There are some games that blur the line, however. Built originally for PCs only, it has been updated to allow limited VR playability. The talent displayed by the creators is undeniable. The graphics and gameplay are well made, with layered characters in a fascinating world. But, it is understandable where the controversy begins. Intense BDSM is a good bit of fun for those who enjoy it, but consent is the cornerstone of that activity.
A slave, by definition, can not give consent. Despite how someone might feel about the darker side of VR games, does it matter? There are unsettlingly violent non-porn games that are very popular and fun to play. Who is it hurting to play out a dark fantasy in the privacy of your home? As we enter the new world of VR, the idea of ethics is rarely discussed openly. One small studio, HDX Transmedia, takes this conversation seriously. HDX Transmedia is the company behind Holodexxx , a cutting-edge VR game that covers all the genres previously mentioned.
Real-life Adult stars like Riley Reid are photo-scanned to become virtual avatars of either themselves or the base model for players to modify. Holodexxx has released Sandbox versions, a virtual photography studio, and recently released two RPG-style narrative episodes. HDX is doing everything to push the technology and artform forward, but not without considering the consequences of this endeavor.
This simulation-level game offers the most convincing take on a sport that makes perfect sense in VR. More than just a great game, Eleven is one of the rare VR experiences that feels like a genuine replacement for our reality.
Fair warning when it comes to A Township Tale: the game is categorically unfinished. I mean that literally; developer Alta is still plugging away adding new components to the experience and fixing bugs as we speak. A Township Tale is incredibly detailed, asking players to build out a town by collecting resources, fending off enemies and building better gear that will allow you to venture out further into its world.
In Beat Saber, you slash notes to a beat, dodge obstacles and try to master an ever-growing list of fantastic tracks. Wire-free gameplay breaks down the barriers between you and the music as you slice your way through an ever-growing list of tracks. Read More: Beat Saber Review. As great as VR is, its initial novelty is bound to wear off after your first few weeks or so. That alone makes it one of the best Oculus Quest games and best Meta Quest 2 games.
Just try and keep your brain from breaking as you hand yourself giant objects, or reach down to poke your own head. Throw in a poignant story about self-acceptance and you have a short, sharp VR game that will stay with you much longer than most multi-hour epics.
Whereas Onward on PC is a worthy contender for the best online shooter, it definitely faces stiff competition. But, on Quest, the wire-free gameplay really comes into its own, opening up new tactics like easily going prone. Onward pays close attention to realism, making it a game that can be hard to get to grips with, but absolutely rewarding to master.

In this neon-lit shooter, you stream down corridors, blasting bad guys to grizzly tunes, avoiding incoming fire and trying to rack up the best scores.
Whereas Beat Saber wants to make you a dancing Jedi master, Pistol Whip aims to teach you gun-fu with style, elegantly fusing the rhythmic and cinematic together a pulsating, vibrant monster of its own.

We had our doubts that Resident Evil 4 would really work well in VR, but it not only survived the transition — it ended up being one of the best Oculus Quest games and best Meta Quest 2 games. This is a wonderful way to revisit a classic and one of the best Oculus Quest games and best Meta Quest 2 games. But it is a really good one and, more importantly, its first-rate four-player multiplayer VR experience makes it feel like a genuine social event in a way that no flatscreen game — and even few VR games — have ever really matched.

From last-minute gun grabs to well-placed knife throws, the game constantly delivers unprecedented satisfaction with its action. This sets the bar not just for VR zombie games but basically the entire medium with ridiculously entertaining physics-based combat that has you wrestling with hordes of undead, throwing every ounce of effort you can muster into every swing and stab.
Add in human enemies, side-missions and the ability to kill zombies with a spoon, and you have one of the deepest native VR games on the market. Do you agree with our list of best Oculus Quest games and best Meta Quest 2 games?
Let us know in the comments below! Demeo, Carve Snowboarding, Walkabout and Cosmodread were added. Manche geben uns Geschenke, die immer dankbar angenommen werden.
Wie stark er gewesen sein muss! Tanzt mit mir! Die anderen Spriggans habe mich tagelang bejubelt! Comment by asparagus51 although i watched other people doing this, i wasn't able to complete it myself.
Comment by skyline33 Buggy as all hell. Most quests in Ardenweald for me seem to be, Bastion was fine. It also took me a few seconds between emotes for it to "register". Make sure he's your target or you wont get it done, as soon as you get it, he will immediately reply back.
Comment by burnouts Honestly don't know how or why quests like this exist in the game, even worse that you have to go to a 3rd party website to figure how what on earth your supposed to do. Seems rushed and not tested. Comment by maikelhunt Dumbest quest ever. Dropped it. Total crap as a quest. Comment by Fluffmeister This is what happens when there's a pandemic, and instead of working in a team coming up with cool quests, the devs are all at home smoking weed and thinking up quests that seem great when you're very, very stoned.
Comment by mavfin Once I targeted him, no issues. Even though two Hordies thought they'd be cute, and stood on top of him with their Sky Golems Just make sure he's targeted, and you're golden. Comment by alpanhell Not sure why people make a big deal about this quest. It's all pretty dumbed down to say the least. The part that got me which I don't see anyone mention is that there was a LONG time inbetween questions. I'm guessing Blizz had to put that delay for people to read the question and type the emote, but it really seemed messed up.
Several times I did the emote twice thinking I must have screwed it up even though he says you got it right , don't do that. Comment by j0ester Another.. There was a pause between sentences, but doesn't take long to do. Have fun. Comment by Jorvalt This wouldn't be so bad if you didn't have to wait like a full god damn minute between reactions.
Comment by icwtcx Just a simple note. In case you are using Azeroth Auto Pilot addon, do not try to type the emotes separately. AAP does that for you. I messed up the quest twice because of that. Anyways I abandoned and then tried it for myself: you suffer Faerie Punishment and are polymorphed into a frog for 10s.
You have to restart the emote game afterwards. This Story line have 7 Quests. Ages-Echoing Wisdom 2. Idle Hands 3. The Sweat of Our Brow 4. Craftsman Needs No Tools 5. Spirit-Gathering Labor 6.
The Games We Play 7.
